About Me
Erin is very happily married to TJ, the men’s basketball coach at Emmanuel University and Director of Coach Development at PGC Coaching. They recently celebrated 20 years of marriage. They have been blessed with four amazing children: Boston, Bella, Presley, and River. The Rosene family hopes to be a light in this world by loving God and loving others.

Legacy Worship Academy started in the heart of a passionate educator dedicated to fostering a faith-centered, nurturing learning environment for children. Erin Rosene is driven by a profound belief in creating a safe, harmonious, and loving environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Teaching Experience
Born with a calling to encourage and inspire young people, Erin has a gift of creating meaningful connections with students and cultivating a supportive educational community. With a background rooted in Middle Grades Education and enriched by certifications in Reading, Language Arts, Social Studies, Special Education, and a Gifted Endorsement, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every classroom.
With a Master’s degree in Postsecondary Education and a diverse teaching background spanning from elementary to college levels, including experience in homeschooling, Erin offers a wide variety of educational expertise. She advocates for a balanced approach to academics, believing in minimizing homework to prioritize rest and relaxation, while encouraging the pursuit of passions and interests to foster a joyful and engaging school experience.
Teaching Philosophy
Central to Erin's teaching philosophy is the integration of faith into education, nurturing spiritual growth through daily activities that include music, worship, and a deep understanding of the power of prayer. This faith-integrated approach is complemented by a commitment to adaptive teaching methods, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met with tailored learning experiences.
Throughout Erin's career, leadership has been a cornerstone, reflected in roles such as leading college small groups and organizing mission trips to Costa Rica. This leadership extends to empowering students to become leaders themselves, promoting servant leadership and instilling values of confidence, humility, kindness, and empathy.
